Most talks will be presented in English with some sessions potentially available in Ukrainian. Check the detailed schedule closer to the event date for specific language information for each session.
The event begins at 6:00 PM with doors opening at 5:30 PM for registration and networking. Sessions run until approximately 9:00 PM, followed by an informal afterparty. Check the full schedule for exact session timings and breaks.
Our venue is easily accessible by public transport (metro, bus, tram). Detailed directions and parking information are available in the Venue section of this site. We recommend using public transportation when possible, as parking near the venue can be limited.
Yes! We'll have light refreshments including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks throughout the event. For the afterparty, we'll have additional beverages and appetizers. If you have any dietary restrictions, please mention them during registration.
